Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE on all of our products!* Next working day delivery available on orders placed before 12pm on large appliances

Small appliances such as microwaves and cooker hoods will be delivered via FedEx, and a tracking number will be sent out to you. We deliver to UK mainland only.** The courier we use for large appliances will require you to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery between 9am-5pm.  Failure to take delivery will incur a re delivery charge. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday can be delivered Next Working Day Delivery. The order will be processed the same day for delivery the following working day.  E.g Order placed 11am Monday will be processed the same day for delivery Tuesday.  Order placed 10am Friday will be processed the same day for delivery the following Monday.

Orders placed after this cut off of 12pm, will be processed the next  working day for delivery the following day.  E.g Order placed 3pm Monday will be processed Tuesday AM for delivery Wednesday. Order placed 3pm Friday will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.
